The sailing on Independence Day was brisk in a gusty westerly. Five FJs raced 6 races. Only 5 points separated first and third places. Contestants were: Walsh/Leblanc (1), Ethan Frumiento/Orren Slover(2), Peter Garcia/J Leblanc (3), Zach and Lillian
Sunday was another spanking day on Taylor Pond with seven lasers and two turnabouts out on the water. Notably, TPYC sailing program alumni Dan Marston and Ross Thayer came to sail.

The fifth and final day of 2022 July Series is this Sunday; for sailors it will be your last chance to catch Bill Walsh.
All Taylor Pond residents, TPYC members and guests welcome to sail or spectate. Sailors of all ages welcome, but must be able to recover from a capsize solo. Please advised of your intent to race so the committee can plan.
Andrews Cup, club championship starts August 6. Anyone who can sail an FJ is welcome, especially advanced sailing program sailors. Notice of race here. Register by email to petergarcia207@gmail.com.
