Because we recognize the hazards caused by exposure to environmental tobacco and cannabis smoke, vape and e-cigarette fumes; as well as life-threatening diseases linked to the use of all forms of tobacco, it shall be the policy of Taylor Pond Yacht Club, effective immediately, to provide a tobacco- and cannabis- free environment for all members and guests. This policy includes the smoking of any tobacco products, oral tobacco, chewing tobacco, or “spit” tobacco, snuff, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, cannabis, and cannabis derivatives.
